2. What data we process and why

Enquiries: the data you send us by email or form (name, email, telephone and message), in order to reply to you.
Commercial communications: only if you give us your express consent.
Customer account (optional): first name, last name, email address and password (stored encrypted), to manage your account and, once the shop is open, your orders and addresses. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Offers and news by email: only if you tick the relevant box when creating your account or in “My account”. We confirm your address with an email (double opt-in) and record the date of your consent. You can unsubscribe using the link in every email or from your account.

3. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and compliance with legal obligations (for example, tax obligations).

4. Retention

We will keep the data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law. Service providers may access them, such as our web hosting provider (IONOS SE) and our email-sending tool (MailPoet), with whom we have signed the necessary data processing agreements.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@brunamarina.com. If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
